Jeff Sidner's martial arts journey began in 1989, and he's been dedicated to this path ever since. After exploring several schools, he discovered the Maplewood National Karate School in 1992, where he immediately felt at home. Jeff's journey has been marked by achievement, as he was promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt in 1995 and currently holds the prestigious rank of 7th Degree Black Belt. Jeff is more than an instructor; he's your experienced guide through the world of martial arts.

My whole family has been training at South Colorado Spring National Karate. for over a decade. My daughter trained here, my son, wife and I were all awarded Black Belts by Mr. Sidner! My wife was also awarded a Second Degree Black Belt by Mr. Sidner! After many years off I am back training (over 50) with the great staff at NK South to finish my Second Degree Black Belt! We have formed many great relationships with all of the NK family.

So far I really like it! I've brought my 4 year old daughter twice so far for class. She has really loved it. The instructors have been really good and helpful! They are very patient! It does get a little chaotic during class time, there are a lot of people and not much room. But, the classes are great and the instructors work well with the children.
